Escritura ou contrato é o documento que formaliza a manifestação da vontade das partes.

Documentos necessários para o(s) vendedor(es):
– Títulos de aquisição (escrituras);
– Documentos pessoais (RG, CPF, certidão de casamento, ou de nascimento (se solteiro), carteira – Profissional Liberal);
– Certidão de propriedade fornecida pelo Registro Imobiliário;
– AVV – Atestado de valor venal fornecido pela Prefeitura Municipal;
– IPTU do exercício corrente;
– Certidão negativa de tributos municipais;
– Certidão negativa de protestos (últimos 5 anos) – dos proprietários do período;
– Certidão negativa de ações – Distribuidores – Justiça Estadual (últimos 10 anos) Obs: o período de 10 anos deverá abranger os proprietários desse período.

Documentos necessários para o adquirente (comprador):
– RG de marido e mulher;
– CPF de marido e mulher;
– Se casados Também RG e CPF da mulher e a certidão de casamento
